Streak works as a customer relationship management (CRM) tool integrated directly into Gmail. Thanks to its Chrome extension, Streak helps real estate investors grow their businesses and other users manage various business processes without leaving the Gmail inbox. Each pipeline features color-coded rows that define different stages of a particular transaction presented in a spreadsheet view. Pipelines feature a flexible entity called a box. These boxes are highly adaptable and accommodate all kinds of information related to that transaction, including activity timelines, email addresses, contacts, comments, notes, tasks, and even file attachments.

Streak CRM for Gmail is a Google extension, meaning it technically lives inside the Gmail dashboard, presenting itself as a sidebar. This design choice ensures that, upon email opening, all information related to that subject becomes instantly accessible within the designated “Box” on the sidebar.
