Our Review of Realeflow
The goal of every investor is to yield as much return-on-investment (ROI) as possible. Whether generating passive income from rental properties or building equity by buying investment properties, every investor wants consistent profits year-over-year.
Many successful real estate pros use technology and real estate software — like Realeflow — to earn those profits. So, it can pay huge dividends to take a closer look at the platform and how it can benefit your investing business.
What Is Realeflow?
Realeflow is an all-in-one real estate software platform offering services such as CRM management, marketing websites, email marketing, direct mail lists, direct mail printing and sending, deal analysis, and other digital tools you need to streamline your investing business.
Using the tools allows you to seamlessly build email and direct mail marketing campaigns to contact and convert motivated buyers, sellers, and lenders, analyze properties that meet your investing criteria, and market your services on a custom website, among other things.
Founded in 2007, the company website states it has closed more than $10 billion in deals and has helped more than 100,000 users automate their investing businesses. Reviews by previous users say the company's direct mail marketing tools and property search database are the highlights of the platform. However, you can still find and close on properties that are off-market using Realeflow's services.
Realeflow Software Features and Benefits
Investors use software to simplify their businesses by consolidating multiple applications into a single platform. Successful real estate pros also want to access their business from anywhere in the world using the cloud. Realeflow offers all these tools and more.
Deal Analysis
A deal analyzer lets you evaluate specific mathematical variables before you make a deal on a property. Realeflow's deal analyzer features three parts — the deal analyzer, rehab planner, and repair estimator. Lining up your estimated costs on a property before you close is vital to a successful investment, and Realeflow's analyzer tool provides you with an estimated basic budget and potential costs.
The repair estimator offers a simple interface to create and save potential repair costs while walking through a potential property. Known as Hammerpoint, the estimator features default settings on the possible cost to repair items like windows, HVAC systems, roofs, flooring, and more.
The rehab planner targets property flippers who want near-accurate repair estimates before they make an offer. The company says the easy-to-use format and default settings make it easy for all flippers — including those with no contracting experience — to complete accurate rehab estimates in minutes.
Realeflow's analyzing tools help you find those hidden costs that often go overlooked. You can use the default values to get you started and then add custom values for a more thorough rehab cost analysis. The bottom line is the deal analyzer takes out much of the guesswork involved in estimating costs.
Automated Marketing
Realeflow's automated marketing systems give you the ability to custom build your direct mail campaigns. A full marketing library is available with tools like personally penned letters and professional real estate postcards.
Custom websites, instant access to leads and tested, pre-written email marketing solutions allow you to follow up and convert leads and can help you kick your marketing efforts into high gear.
Custom Websites
Not a copywriter or web designer? It's no problem with Realeflow's custom website tool. You can choose from multiple eye-catching and SEO-friendly custom templates. Content for your website is also available that will boost traffic to your site and engage visitors.
The website functionality is strong and easy to use since these are built using WordPress, and you have several content packages to choose from depending on your investment style. Single-page and multi-page websites are available with content targeting buyers/sellers, investors, distressed sellers, renters, private lenders, and cash buyers.
Direct Mail Campaigns
Realeflow's integrated direct mail tools let you seamlessly send pre-written, professional letters to potential leads. Several handwritten templates are available, or you can create your own. Pre-written postcards are also part of the package.
Although many so-called "experts" think direct mail campaigns are outdated, many people still love personal correspondence. Additionally, you'll probably find a lead's home address well before you locate their email address.
Realeflow's targeted, concise and to-the-point letters get people's attention fast. Most importantly, the content doesn't overwhelm the readers. Realeflow's industry experts make sure the content offers solutions to potential problems and how your business provides those solutions.
Lead Generation
Realeflow built its entire platform around its lead generation tool known as Leadpipes. Finding quality leads is one of the biggest roadblocks real estate investors face.
When you look at the nucleus of this tool, it functions as a search engine to find a range of leads filtered by geographical location, county, zip code, and address.
Using data from mortgages, deeds, and legal information, Leadpipes searches for absentee owners, cash buyers, motivated sellers, private lenders, free & clear properties, high & low equity properties, probate leads, and upside-down properties.
You can refine your search using custom date ranges, loan and tax information, and owner information. Leadpipes lets you download up to 1,000 leads at a time and start a marketing campaign targeting these leads with one click. According to customer reviews on the company's website, Leadpipes delivers and then some.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Realeflow's CRM acts as a virtual filing cabinet. You can manage, organize, categorize and rate your entire list of business contacts, sellers and buyers using the platform's CRM tools. Additionally, you can track properties at every stage of the deal. Some of the features include:
- List Management – By managing your business contacts or buyers and sellers contact in one place, you can build targeted marketing campaigns, link all parties involved in the deal and assign a deal stage to all of your target properties.
- Team Collaboration – A centrally located calendar with task functions and internal messaging lets you monitor, share and manage deal activities.
- Document Storage and Organization – 24/7 access to all your critical documents in one place. Securely store important documents in the Realeflow cloud, and tag, file, and categorize each document to match your operations.
Property Listing Pages
You can create a property listing page with a specific URL for contacts to review. The tool also lets you easily send the property listing links to your contacts. Each page offers detailed information on your properties for sale or rent, and the user-friendly interface makes it easy to upload photos and listing information.
Comparables
Realeflow offers a state-of-the-art comparable tool that uses MLS listing data with pending, active, and recently sold listings. The tool also features an interactive map so you can get a close-up view of your comps. Additionally, you can select specific comparables, and the tool will automatically calculate the average prices for your selected properties.
In the past, Realeflow relied on Zillow's listings for comparable information. Today, the company has its comparable search tool that provides enhanced and up-to-date information on pending sales and recently sold properties. The tool also allows you to find a property's estimated after-repair value — so you gain access to even more data about your comparables without the hassle of waiting for a realtor to pull your comps.
Power Linking
Realeflow's power linking capabilities let you collaborate with people involved in your deal by providing them with limited access to your platform information. The goal here is to reduce the time you spend interacting with your team one-on-one. You can link users to specific property files and limit how much information they can see.
How Does Realeflow Compare Against Competitors?
Realeflow certainly has some stiff competition from some big players in the real estate software space. REIPro, PropStream, FreedomSoft, and Flipster are just a handful of Realeflow's top competitors. Here is a quick apples-to-apples comparison:
Realeflow vs FreedomSoft
FreedomSoft offers many of the same features as Realeflow. It has a complete email marketing system, automatic property valuation software, and social media integration. However, as with many real estate software platforms, there is a lot you need to learn — and FreedomSoft is no different. Some new investors may experience information overload and start to feel overwhelmed.

Realeflow vs REIPro
REIPro is a newer, but popular name among investors who use real estate software platforms, and it's one of Realeflow's top competitors. Both platforms offer some of the same features, but Realeflow has been in the game much longer than REIPro.
REIPro's property lookup feature offers some pretty slick search tools for finding motivated seller and buyer leads, but Realeflow's leadpipes is one of the best around. The detailed filters and search criteria are hard to match.
Additionally, REIPro doesn't have repair and rehab cost estimating tools like Realeflow and its Hammerpoint cost estimating tool. If you're an advanced real estate investor, REIPro's platform may not bring much to the table.
Realeflow vs PropStream
PropStream is another big name in the real estate software space. Much like Realeflow, it offers a suite of marketing tools, a rehab estimator, instant comparables, a deal analyzer, and a user-friendly design.
However, the learning curve to understand how to use the PropStream system is high. And, the instructor videos are more sales than instructional. Many investors agree Realeflow's functionality is superior to PropStream. Finally, PropStream only offers a seven-day free trial, while Realeflow offers a 30-day free trial.

Realeflow vs Flipster
As the name implies, Flipster caters to real estate gurus looking to flip properties. However, as of this writing, the company's website doesn't provide much information, and you need to start the purchase process before you can find out anything about the services it provides. A hard pass when trusted companies like Realeflow are around.

Is Realeflow Worth it?
A couple of ways to tell if a business product is worth it is the price and if it saves you time to do other productive things to grow your company. If you're a serious investor who needs a war chest of real estate tools – and not something that just gets the job done – then you need to give Realeflow a serious look.
Take advantage of the 30-day free trial to check it out. The direct mail tools and responsive, fully functional websites alone in this all-inclusive platform are enough to save you thousands of dollars each year on your real estate investing business. Visit Realeflow's YouTube channel to learn more about the platform.
All that being said, there's no magic software that will automatically lead to success. No technology platform will completely replace a strong work ethic and persistent action.
If you're still not sure where to start and are uncertain about making the investment into this software, we always recommend leveraging the multiple listing service (the "MLS").
