Dear future Pro Wholesalers, my name's Edgar Espinosa, I am 21 years old, and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. Before I get started, I want to thank Alex for giving me the opportunity to be in his Pro Wholesaler program. It has honestly changed my life completely. Alex has got me farther than I thought I could get to. I would not be where I am right now, if it wasn't for him. He has pushed me to achieve many of my goals, and as well as keeping my head strong.

At the beginning of the course, Alex's goal was to make sure that we knew where we wanted to be at in the future. Basically, to know our why. He provides us with a lot of tools, with a lot of resources, to help us find our why basically, our goal. Every piece of information that he provides us with, it is well said, very clear, for us to understand, and it is very simple. It's just so much information that he provides for us, in order for us to achieve what we are trying to achieve in the future. As far as from the Discovery call sheets, the scripts, the Deal Calculator, the Repair Cheat sheets, the email template, the Financing Partners lead sheet. Each and every single one of those tools, will help you tremendously.

Honestly, it has changed my life. It cannot get any easier than that. I have been in many real estate investing courses, and never have I received anything like this before. There's no reason for us to achieve any of our goals, receiving all this help from Alex and his team. Aside from having all the Pro Wholesaler tools, and the resources, Alex has this amazing exclusive Pro Wholesaler Facebook page, where everyone interacts with each other, which is something that I like a lot. Any question, any doubt, basically anything that comes to your mind, and that you need help on, you can share it on the Facebook group, or email it to Alex and his team, and he will respond back to your question.

We are all here as a community to help each other achieve our goals, to be successful, no matter where you're at, whether you have little, or no experience at all. Also, the biweekly calls. Every Wednesday, we have a call that last about an hour. It has helped me tremendously. Any topic you need help on, or that you just need clarity on, you either type it on the Facebook group, or send it to his team, and he will definitely discuss it in the biweekly call, which helps a lot.

It's just like you're talking to someone one on one. It's basically that simple. You will have everything you need, to be where you want to be in the future. Like I said, I mean I'm super thankful with Alex, for bringing me in his Pro Wholesaler world. It is amazing to see others being successful, and knowing that you know you're a step closer to achieving that goal as well. I am very excited for all that the future brings to us Pro Wholesalers. Alex is always surprising us with golden nuggets, and keeps adding and improving our course, which is something I love.

One of the greatest tools that this program brings to us, is meeting people who are looking for a better future, which is why I'm here. You never know who you will meet being in this group, but the more like minded people you hang out with that you meet, the better it is for all of us. I was able to meet one of the guys that joined us not too long ago, his name is Jeff. He happens to not live far away from where I stay at. We were able to get together, have lunch with each other, and we were able to talk about what we could do with each other, in order to get quicker results together. Help each other basically, help each other to be successful. That's what we are here for.

I want to thank him for taking the time to meet with me, and agreeing to work with each other. You never know, like I said. You never know who you will meet in this program. You may find someone like I did, that lives close to you guys, and you're able to work with them, and achieve what you guys are trying to achieve, in your future. So, that's what we're here as a community. I could sit here and talk a lot about the Pro Wholesaler Membership & System, but I would rather instead hope to meet you guys, and work with you guys, and let you guys experience what I'm experiencing, and the help that Alex has brought me.
